All our products are quality tested and packaged prior to posting, we hope that you love our products and they reach you safely By Royal Mail Tracked 48 or 3-5 day Standard delivery.

Returns

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return, exchange or refund.

To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must be returned to us in the same condition that you received it, and in its original condition and packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Postage will not be refunded.

To start a return, you need to contact us at crystal_reiki_life@yahoo.com. Please note that returns will need to be assessed and you will be notified of our decision.

If your return is accepted, you’ll need to send your item back to us at 12 Ellon Way, Paisley. PA3 4BW. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

Certain types of items cannot be returned or refunded, like perishable goods such as our Roll On Essential oils. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift vouchers.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (see above) once the return is accepted, we will refund you (excluding postage) for you to make a separate purchase online for the new item.
